Job summary

ClearScore Home Lending is seeking a motivated Trainee Second Charge Mortgage Advisor in Manchester. You will guide customers through the application process and liaise with a qualified advisor to provide expert advice on second charge mortgages.

On the job training is provided, with CeMAP qualification funded by the company. This entry-level role offers a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and a total OTE of £40k–£48k (base £30k–£34k plus bonus).

Qualifications

• Entry level sales experience is preferred.
• Performance-driven mindset with accountability for targets.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience consistently.
• Understanding of the financial market, regulations and procedures.
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers eligibility for a secured loan and conduct a fact find.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and advisors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with advisors and case managers to support applications.
• Play a key role in continuous innovation of best-in-class customer experience.
• Suggest new ideas and be willing to put them into practice.
