Evolution Money in Manchester City Centre is seeking an experienced Team Manager for Mortgage Advice (Second Charge). You’ll lead a team of up to 10 telephone-based Mortgage Advisors, ensuring compliant delivery of suitable financial solutions and meeting regulatory requirements.

You’ll coach and develop staff, drive performance, manage dialer campaigns, and provide daily/weekly reporting. Prior CeMAP and FCA environment experience essential; sales-focused and customer outcomes priority.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, as our Team Manager you’ll provide effective supervision for a team of Mortgage Advisors. You’ll ensure that all customers receive the most appropriate financial solution which meets or exceeds company and regulatory requirements. We’re seeking a skilled, sales focused, Lending Team Manager to ensure we meet our strategic goals, while acting in our customers best interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting, motivating, and managing a team of up to 10 telephone-based Mortgage Advisors/ Mortgage Support Advisors.
• Coaching and Developing team members.
• Taking ownership of team performance in line with company objectives
• Ensuring all team members are providing good customer outcomes in line with consumer duty.
• Acting as a point of reference for escalated queries
• Utilising in depth procedural knowledge to ensure team compliance
• Management of dialler campaigns
• Daily/weekly reporting on performance of team and campaigns.

Qualifications (Minimum):

• A minimum of 4 years Team Manager experience in a similar role
• Full CeMAP qualification
• A minimum of 12 months experience within an FCA regulated / financial services environment

• A passion for sharing knowledge and motivating others
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
• A professional, self-motivated, and pro-active approach.
• Experience of advised sales preferred
• Experience of leading a telephone-based loan or mortgage sales or brokerage team at Manager level (sales of similar regulated financial products considered), advantageous but not essential.
