Job summary

ClearScore Group is hiring a Trainee Second Charge Mortgage Advisor in Manchester. The role guides customers through the application process and collaborates with a qualified advisor to provide mortgage advice. On-the-job training and CeMAP qualification are funded.

You will work in a growing ClearScore Home Lending team, aiming to build strong customer relationships, meet targets and support customers through the mortgage process in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' eligibility for a secured loan and conduct a fact find for the mortgage advisor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with advisors and case managers to support applications.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement of customer experience.
• Suggest ideas and be willing to implement them.
