NFP People in West Sussex is seeking an experienced Money Advice Caseworker to support clients experiencing debt and financial hardship. You will deliver high-quality advice and practical casework to help people understand options and take steps to resolve difficulties.

This role involves assessing finances, budgeting, negotiating with creditors, and supporting clients with compassionate communication. Hybrid working is available, with a fixed-term maternity contract of 12 months.

Formación

• Experience of debt, money, welfare benefits advice.
• Ability to negotiate with creditors.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality money advice and casework to clients in debt or financial hardship.
• Assess financial circumstances and prepare realistic budgets.
