Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking energetic Customer Services staff to support our finance and aftersales journeys. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, ensuring accurate data handling and timely responses throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
• Enter / handle customer data, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with VWFS and other departments.
• Understand FCA regulations to fulfil your role.
• Validate customer documentation and process end-of-contract options.
• Update systems with account activity.
• Work within agreed authority levels and escalate when needed.
• Switch across different processes as required.
• Provide proactive customer service with product knowledge.
