VWFS UK is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to support customers throughout their finance agreements. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, process data, and liaise with VWFS and other departments to ensure accurate, timely responses and a smooth journey for customers.

The role emphasises accurate records, compliance with FCA and Data Protection rules, and delivering a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and process compliance.
• Familiarity with FCA regulations is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Respond to enquiries mainly by phone and email.
• Enter and manage customer data with speed and accuracy.
• Liaise with VWFS and other departments.
• Maintain understanding of FCA regulations relevant to the role.
• Process end-of-contract options and update systems.
• Validate customer documentation and administer tasks.
