VWFS UK is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support our customers through the lifecycle of their finance agreements. You’ll handle enquiries by phone and email, enter data accurately and liaise with other VWFS teams to resolve issues and ensure FCA compliance.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Strong written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Respond to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
• Enter / handle customer data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain liaison with other VWFS departments.
• Understand FCA regulations to perform duties competently.
• Admin tasks: validating documents, processing end-of-contract options, updating customer agreements.
• Update systems with account activity.
• Work within defined authority while escalating when needed.
• Adapt across different processes as required.
• Respond to email/admin queries with good telephony skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Provide proactive service with knowledge of products.
