Job summary

Mitie Signature is hiring a Workplace Experience Host on a 24-hour-per-week contract, covering Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will deliver high-end front-of-house service across reception, workplace services and events, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for visitors and clients.

The role requires adaptability to site-specific processes, travel between sites, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. A background in hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in high-end hospitality or similar customer-facing roles.
• Comfort using visitor management systems and workplace technology.
• Ability to travel between client sites and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house support across reception, workplace services and events.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
• Support VIP visits, executive meetings and high-profile events as required.
• Manage visitor registrations, access requests and general inquiries.
• Travel between sites, covering multiple locations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and common areas.
