Job summary

Join the RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our SMR Division. The role offers a 40-hour week with core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and1 in 4 Saturdays, a base salary of £40,178 with on-target earnings up to £52,000, and guaranteed overtime options.

You’ll perform routine servicing, diagnostics with mobile equipment, and in-depth repairs with full support and tools. A full UK driving licence is required, with NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or 5+ years’ experience as a technician.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
