Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR division. You will perform planned, on-site servicing and diagnostics, delivering quality repairs at members' driveways or workplaces.

You'll operate with a fully equipped RAC van and a structured development pathway, earning a base salary with potential overtime bonuses, and joining a national motoring services team with a focus on reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• 5+ years' experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs on-site for members' vehicles.
• Follow a pre-booked, planned schedule of mobile jobs.
• Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspection results.
