RAC is hiring a Mobile Vehicle Technician for the SMR division in the Bridgwater cluster. You’ll perform pre-booked maintenance and diagnostics with advanced mobile equipment, delivering quality on-site service to members in your local area.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs you’d normally complete in a workshop
• Member advice and recommendations based on your inspection
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards
