RAC in the UK is recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR Division. You’ll work on planned, pre-booked jobs across Stevenage and surrounding areas, with a fully equipped RAC van and advanced diagnostics. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs you’d normally complete in a workshop
• Member advice and recommendations based on inspection
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards
