Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician (Vans) in Crawley for a field-based role servicing, maintaining and repairing vans on customer sites. You will be supplied with a fully equipped company van to deliver high-quality work directly to customers.

The role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with optional overtime, a competitive salary (£40,800 basic, £46,740 OTE) and a benefits package including pension, health plan and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is required.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic/Mobile Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on vans/light commercial vehicles is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Independently in a mobile role and customer-facing skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mobile servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vans and light commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Complete inspections, warranty work, and recalls.
• Deliver high-quality work in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

About the Role

Our client is a leading national fleet and vehicle solutions provider, and they are looking for skilled Mobile Vehicle Technicians to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
