Job summary

Gold Group seeks a skilled Mobile BMS Engineer to maintain and optimise BMS systems across schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings in London – Camden. You will diagnose, repair and maintain Trend/Tridium/Distech/Siemens/Niagara platforms and hold an Electrical/BEMS qualification.

Role includes a competitive salary (£40,000–£56,000), company car, and a comprehensive benefits package with progression opportunities. Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on BMS systems across multiple sites.
• Respond to breakdowns, part of on-call rota with additional financial benefits.

Brief

Mobile BMS Engineer needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in London - Camden who are looking to employ a number of experienced and well-rounded Mobile BMS Engineer's that takes pride in their work. The successful candidates will manage a variety of essential planned and reactive tasks across the clients diverse portfolio, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Business Parks and Government Buildings. The successful candidate must have experience of at least one of the following - Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara. Along with also holding a City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS field.

What the role entails

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong. This role involves participating in a reactive call-out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on-call availability and attendance.
• Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to help make recommendations to our clients to enhance system performance and energy efficiency. This will require teams to complete thorough reports and build up clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.

What experience you need to be the successful Mobile BMS Engineer

City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS

Knowledge and Experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided depending on the area requirements at a later date):

• Niagara

Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment

Full UK Driving License
