Job summary

Gold Group is seeking a Mobile BMS Engineer for roles across Liverpool and Manchester. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance on BMS systems across schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings, ensuring reliable operation.

Experience with Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara is required, along with City & Guild/BTEC/NVQ in Electrical or BEMS. A UK driving license and BPSS vetting are also needed.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Experience with at least one BMS platform (Trend/Tridium/Distech/Siemens/Niagara).
• UK Driving License and BPSS Vetting required.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance: carry out scheduled checks on BMS systems across sites.
• Reactive calls: respond to breakdowns, participate in on-call rota with additional benefits.
• Continuous improvement: propose enhancements, prepare reports and cost estimates for system upgrades.

Mobile BMS Engineer

Manchester / Liverpool - Multiple headcount

£40,000 - £56,000 Depending on experience + Company Car

Brief

Mobile BMS Engineer needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Liverpool / Manchester who are looking to employ a number of experienced and well-rounded Mobile BMS Engineer's that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidates will manage a variety of essential planned and reactive tasks across the clients diverse portfolio, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Business Parks and Government Buildings.

The successful candidate must have experience of at least one of the following - Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara. Along with also holding a City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS field.

What the role entails

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong. This role involves participating in a reactive call-out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on-call availability and attendance.
• Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to help make recommendations to our clients to enhance system performance and energy efficiency. This will require teams to complete thorough reports and build up clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.
