Gold Group is recruiting a Mobile BMS Engineer to support a major facilities management portfolio across Manchester and Liverpool. You will manage planned and reactive BMS tasks in schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings.

Experience with Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara is required, along with a City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS. A full UK driving license and BPSS vetting are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Full UK Driving License required.
• BPSS vetting required.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.

Responsabilités

• Preventative Maintenance: carry out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems across sites.
• Reactive Calls: respond to breakdowns and participate in a on-call rota with financial benefits.
• Continuous Improvement: help improve system performance and energy efficiency with cost estimates for enhancements.

Brief

Mobile BMS Engineer needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Liverpool / Manchester who are looking to employ a number of experienced and well-rounded Mobile BMS Engineer's that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidates will manage a variety of essential planned and reactive tasks across the clients diverse portfolio, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Business Parks and Government Buildings.

The successful candidate must have experience of at least one of the following - Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara. Along with also holding a City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS field.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Mobile BMS Engineer will include:

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong. This role involves participating in a reactive call-out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on-call availability and attendance.
• Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to help make recommendations to our clients to enhance system performance and energy efficiency. This will require teams to complete thorough reports and build up clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.

What experience you need to be the successful Mobile BMS Engineer:

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS
• Knowledge and Experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided depending on the area requirements at a later date):
• Trend
