Education Authority is recruiting a Catering Manager for multiple schools in the Fermanagh area. The post covers Tempo, Maguiresbridge, Lisnaskea, Roslea and Derrylin, with a 32.5-hour week and a part-time contract.

You will lead a catering team, ensure HACCP compliance, manage stock and budget, and promote meal uptake among pupils and staff while maintaining high standards of food safety.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a catering team and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety compliance.
• Ability to manage allergens and dietary requirements.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations to provide a quality catering service.
• Organise food service, including meal preparation, portion control and service points.
• Supervise dining centre and production kitchens; monitor safety and equipment.
• Maintain records on temperatures, stock, deliveries and wastage according to policies.
• Promote catering services to parents, principals, pupils and customers and handle feedback.
