Education Authority in Tyrone/Dungannon requires a Mobile Catering Assistant for St Ciaran's College. This part-time role supports the catering unit and reports to the Senior/Unit Catering Supervisor. The post is permanent, 25 hours per week, 9am-2.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a retainer paid during school holidays.

You will prepare and serve meals, assist with dining area setup, uphold hygiene standards and help promote meals to pupils, parents and staff within the school environment.

Qualificações

• Essential criteria include effective leadership and people management to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for staff, pupils and parents.
• Strong planning, organisational and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Basic food and beverage preparation and vegetable/snack prep using equipment.
• Simple cooking and reconstitution of prepared food.
• Organising service points and transferring meals to pupils.
• Setting dining area and maintaining hygiene in dining room and kitchen areas.
• Recording temperatures for control purposes and maintaining cleanliness.
