Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to perform expert mechanical roadside repairs and diagnostics for members across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, deliver breakdown support, and provide rapid, confident solutions while upholding exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in vehicle maintenance or 5+ years’ experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical roadside repairs and diagnostics.
• Deliver emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and provide quick, confident solutions.
• Deliver outstanding member service and support.
