• Experience in property clearance or deep/end-of-tenancy cleaning.
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting, loading, and outdoor tasks.
• Understanding of health and safety standards in cleaning and waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deep end-of-tenancy and environmental cleans to high standards.
• Clean homes that may have been vacant or exceptionally dirty.
• Remove all rubbish, furniture, carpets, and non-approved fittings from properties.
• Tidy and clear overgrown or heavily littered gardens.
• Clear contents from garages and sheds as required.
