Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Mobile Plant Fitter to cover Maidenhead and surrounding areas. The role involves servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and breakdown repairs on construction and agricultural machinery, with workshop support as needed and opportunities for career progression.

Ideal candidates will have prior plant fitter or agricultural engineering experience, strong fault-finding skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Plant Fitter, Agricultural Engineer or similar.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills across hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with construction or agricultural machinery; driving licence required; apprenticeship/engineering qualification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing construction and agricultural machinery.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carrying out breakdown repairs at customer sites.
• Completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Identifying further repair requirements and discussing these with customers.
• Completing service documentation and job sheets.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Providing professional customer service.

Mobile Plant Fitter - Maidenhead | Up to £41,000 + Overtime + Van

We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a well-established business covering Maidenhead and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a varied field-based role, with ongoing training, good benefits and long-term development.

As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you'll visit customer sites to carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and breakdown repairs across a range of construction and agricultural machinery. You'll also have workshop support when required and the opportunity to broaden your technical experience.

• A full UK driving licence
• An engineering qualification or apprenticeship is desirable
