Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter in Bristol and surrounding areas. The role covers servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and breakdowns on construction and agricultural machinery, with workshop support available and chances for career progression.

You will visit customer sites, diagnose faults, perform repairs and complete service documentation, all while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Plant Fitter or Agricultural Engineer or similar.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Experience with construction or agricultural machinery.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic systems and diagnostics.
• The ability to work independently and manage breakdowns.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Engineering qualification or apprenticeship is desirable.

Mobile Plant Fitter - Bristol | Up to £46,000 + Overtime + Van

We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a well-established business covering Bristol and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a varied field-based role, with ongoing training, strong benefits and long-term development.

As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you'll visit customer sites to carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and breakdown repairs across a range of construction and agricultural machinery. You'll also have workshop support when required and the opportunity to broaden your technical experience.
