Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance on plant, equipment and building services at site in Sheffield.

You will identify risks, update drawings, manage spares, run preventative maintenance, fault find on machinery, and support Health and Safety. Must have recognised/apprenticeship and City & Guilds 17th Edition qualifications.

The role uses CAFM maintenance system and may require overtime including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Recognised or Time Served Apprenticeship.
• Strong proven experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical qualifications to 17th Edition (City and Guilds).
• Mechanical qualifications to City & Guilds standard.
• Experience with 3 phase motors, drives and inverters.
• Hydraulic/Pneumatic experience.
• Ability to fault find and diagnose PLC systems.
• NVQ Level 2 in Electrical and Mechanical.
• Ability to supervise contractors.
• Able to write Risk Assessments and Permits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to client equipment on site.
• Perform Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
• Fault finding on all types of machinery.
• Support Health and Safety within the department.
• Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise for heavy machines and cranes.
• Write and follow Risk Assessments and Permits.
• Use CAFM system to plan and record work.
• Liaise with onsite teams to resolve Building Services issues.
• Overtime may be required including nights and weekends.
