Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team in Leeds. The role covers Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of plant, equipment and building services, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a recognised apprenticeship, strong experience in manufacturing maintenance, and qualifications to 17th Edition. The position may require overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Recognised or time served apprenticeship required.
• Strong proven experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical and mechanical qualifications to 17th Edition / City & Guilds.
• Ability to fault find on three-phase systems and drive/inverter tech.
• NVQ Level 2 Electrical & Mechanical would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to client through equipment and updates to drawings.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical plant, equipment and building services.
• Fault finding on all types of machinery and advise on preventative maintenance.
