Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team in London. You will maintain and repair heavy industrial machinery, three-phase systems up to 440V, and oversee safety, risk assessments, and compliance across site.

The role requires recognised apprenticeship or City & Guilds qualifications, strong electrical and mechanical skills, PLC diagnostics, and experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to the client through equipment on site.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and update drawings.
• Fault finding on all types of machinery.
• Support Health and Safety in the department.
• Provide electrical and mechanical expertise on heavy machines and overhead cranes.
• Write risk assessments and follow safety procedures.
• Completion of required documentation as per rules and legislation.
• Liaise with onsite Site Services to resolve building service issues.
• Be the responsible person for the department and deputise the Shift Leader when needed.
