Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and building services across multiple sites in Reading and surrounding areas.

The role requires expertise with three-phase systems up to 440V, fault finding, and a proactive approach to safety and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of plant equipment and building services.
• Ability to identify risks and update technical drawings and procedures.
• Proven fault finding and preventative maintenance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and building services.
• Identify and manage risks, update technical drawings, and improve machinery performance.
• Conduct fault finding and preventative maintenance on various types of machinery.
• Provide technical support on heavy industrial machines and overhead cranes.
• Work with three-phase systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
