Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services across a heavy industrial environment.

You will fault-find on three-phase systems up to 440V, manage safety, write risk assessments, liaise with site services, and support the maintenance team with crane and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or time served in maintenance
• Strong proven experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Electrical qualifications to 17th Edition or equivalent
• Mechanical qualifications to City & Guilds/industry standard

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to the client through equipment on site, updating drawings and spares lists
• Maintain plant, equipment and building services; operate within the maintenance program
• Fault find on all types of machinery
• Support Health & Safety within the department
• Provide electrical and mechanical expertise for heavy industrial machinery and cranes
• Write Risk Assessments and Method Statements and ensure compliance
• Work on three-phase systems up to 440V and manage related documentation
• Coordinate with Site Services to resolve building services issues
• Overtime work including nights/weekends as required
• Adhere to CAFM system for work planning and updates
