Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to cover a selection of commercial sites in West & NW London. The role offers a £45,000 package and a Monday-to-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

We are looking for a skilled engineer with experience in building maintenance, capable of working independently and prioritising workload while adhering to health and safety standards. The position focuses on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Level 2+ in Mechanical Engineering related field (Mechanical, Heating, or Plumbing).
• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and water systems.
• Check building equipment and systems such as AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures, etc.
• Support fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building.
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
