Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our London maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of prime commercial properties, handling routine checks and emergency repairs while on the move across Central London.

You’ll travel in a company van, carry out planned and reactive maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and general plumbing, and diagnose faults to keep buildings running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Solid experience in a similar commercial maintenance role.
• Full UK Driving Licence and confidence navigating London.

Responsibilities

• Out in company van performing planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Hands-on work with AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and general plumbing.
• Diagnose faults and ensure client buildings run smoothly.
• Work a Monday–Friday week; weekends off.

• Being a problem-solver, diagnosing faults and getting our clients' buildings running smoothly.
• Working a standard Monday to Friday week - enjoy your weekends!

What You'll Bring:

• A full UK Driving Licence and confidence navigating London.
