Job summary

Join the RAC as a Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, delivering maintenance and diagnostics to customers on their driveways and car parks. You'll work a 40-hour week across a Warrington cluster, with 1 in 4 Saturdays and core hours 8:30 to 17:00.

You'll receive a RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and a diagnostic kit from day one, plus a competitive base salary of £40,170 with on-target earnings up to £52,000 and optional overtime to raise the base

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, diagnostics, repairs and checks for customer vehicles.
• Manage stock and complete reporting.
• Maintain strong customer communication during and after visits.
