Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Mobile Mechanic in the Warrington cluster area to deliver on-site maintenance and diagnostics, visiting customers at driveways and car parks. You’ll work a 40-hour week with some Saturdays and have a company van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit provided from day one.

Expect earnings of £40,170 base with OTE up to £52,000; overtime options available to raise earnings, plus pension and life assurance protections.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnostics, repairs and checks.
• Manage stock and reporting; maintain customer conversations.
