Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a professional Mobile HVAC Service Engineer to perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and occasional installation work across our client portfolio.

You will diagnose faults, complete maintenance documentation and work with other engineers to ensure buildings run safely and efficiently. A company van and field-based schedule will support your travel across the region.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2079 Category 1 F-Gas Qualification (or equivalent).
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within commercial environments.
• Experience working on air conditioning split systems, VRF and VRV systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience maintaining accurate service and compliance records.
• Experience working with Air Handling Units (AHUs), ventilation systems and supply/extract fans.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence.

Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile HVAC Service Engineer to undertake planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and occasional installation works across our client portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently and to the highest standards whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Working independently as a Mobile HVAC Service Engineer, you will carry out PPM tasks, diagnose and rectify faults, complete maintenance documentation and work collaboratively with specialist contractors and other engineering disciplines as required. You will also participate in a call-out rota, responding effectively to emergency situations and minimising disruption to our clients' operations.

As an Mobile HVAC Service Engineer, you will be capable of fault diagnosis, maintaining critical environmental systems and supporting the efficient operation of building services. You will work proactively to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and contribute to the successful delivery of our facilities management services.

You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
