• Experience with Trailers - Tail Lifts, Curtain Siders etc.

• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation.
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department.

Overview

We are currently seeking a Mobile HGV Trailer Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Leading Commercial Vehicle Servicing Company, based in the Glasgow area.

Duties of the Mobile HGV Trailer Technician

• Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGV trailers
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements for the Mobile HGV Trailer Technician

• Experience as a Trailer / HGV Technician is essential
• Experience with Trailers - Tail Lifts, Curtain Siders etc.
• HGV Driving License would be beneficial but is not essential
• Level 2/3 qualifications (or equivalent) would be an added advantage but is not essential
• Excellent time keeping skills
• To understand the importance of accuracy
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan ahead effectively and multi-task
