Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Tamworth is seeking a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to deliver high-quality outdoor maintenance while meeting SLA standards. You will be responsible for grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing and winter services, on a 40-hour week at £13.45 per hour.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence; grounds maintenance experience is helpful but not essential.

• PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
• Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
• Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
• Report site hazards and relevant information to management
• Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required

Contract: Permanent

Type: Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Role Responsibilities
