You will welcome visitors, manage deliveries, handle general administration, and support building tenants, with a focus on a positive, proactive, and customer‑facing approach. This zero-hours role offers flexibility to fit around other commitments.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide professional reception cover with a positive can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a zero hours basis and manage on-site duties.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication in person and on the phone.
• Immaculate presentation and proactive approach to visitors and tenants.
• Willingness to learn new software and use social media competently.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless temporary reception cover and manage the reception area.
• Greet visitors and manage arrivals for clients and tenants.
• Handle couriers, post and deliveries; perform general admin tasks.
• Submit site activity reports as required and support building management.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth operations and security.
