EQUANS are looking for a Mobile Technical Operative (Electrical) to work on our HMCTS contract across Redditch Magistrates and Worcester Combined Courts. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety and BS7671 compliance, and coordinating with the contract administrator and client representatives.

Formación

• NVQ level 3 in Electrical or City & Guilds Technical Certificate in Electrical.
• 18th Edition IET Wiring regulations.
• Clean UK Driving Licence.
• BPSS clearance.
• CTC (site security checks).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on fabric and engineering assets.
• Carry out PPMs in accordance with site task schedules and CAFM.
• Rectify plant faults promptly to keep equipment in service.
• Ensure availability of suitable spares for works.
• Provide parts lists and timescales for remedial works.
• Complete all related paperwork in CAFM and hand to contract administrator.
• Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for tasks.
• Develop good working relationships with Equans staff, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Support 24/7 maintenance cover and on-call rota.
