Equans is hiring a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias for a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours/week) covering London and beyond the M25. You will maintain electrical infrastructure, plant and building fabric safely and in line with contractual requirements.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault‑finding, and CAFM updates, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and providing accurate technical reports.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in demanding electrical maintenance or facilities-management role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, infrastructure and plant.
• Ability to fault-find, diagnose and rectify complex electrical issues.
• Ability to plan and oversee electrical shutdowns.
• Ability to complete accurate technical reports and CAFM records.
• Valid, clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rota.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• SC Clearance is required for this contract.

Responsabilités

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical infrastructure, plant and building fabric assets.
• Operate within CAFM system, maintain logs, and provide timely reports.
• Identify parts and materials; estimate timescales for completion.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and electrical shutdowns.
• Carry out Legionella control and related compliance tasks.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure safety and standards.
• Support helpdesk activities, quotations, and client requests.
• Work to KPIs and contractual requirements, including BS 7671 where applicable.
• Participate in 24/7 maintenance and on-call rota.
