Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical or HVAC) to join our Midlands team. The role covers sites across Coventry, Hinckley, Rugby, and surrounding areas, delivering planned and reactive maintenance on building services.

Prospective candidates should have City & Guilds in a relevant field, strong English communication, and a commitment to safety. A full UK driving license and flexibility to cover various sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service and safety mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and manage tasks in a facilities environment.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across Midlands locations and carry out PPM to mechanical and electrical plant.
• Complete reactive and breakdown tasks and document all work for contract records.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to maintain safe, efficient plant operations.
