Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical or HVAC bias) to cover sites across the North of England, mainly between Leeds and Doncaster. The role involves PPMs, reactive maintenance, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of building services.

The successful candidate will travel across sites, carry out planned and reactive tasks, maintain documentation, and work with CBRE/clients to uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Good English written and spoken; basic maths skills.
• CITY AND GUILDS qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong customer service and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across Doncaster–Leeds corridor and perform PPMs to SFG 20 standards.
• Carry out reactive and breakdown works on building services plants.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for tasks.
• Liaise with client representatives and CBRE team; ensure safe working practices.
