Job summary

A global real estate services company is looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to maintain critical building systems in Coventry and surrounding areas. This role involves executing Planned Preventative Maintenance and addressing breakdown issues in mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, have a relevant CITY AND GUILDS qualification, and be able to adapt to various working conditions. A full UK driving license is required for this mobile position.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English is essential.
• Basic Mathematics skills required.
• Recognised Health and Safety Qualification such as IOSH.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites across the Midlands.
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Maintain a safe working environment with proper documentation.
• Supervise subcontractors during maintenance activities.
