Job summary

CBRE is recruiting a Mobile Engineer to cover sites between Liverpool and Manchester in the Northwest England. The role requires electrical or HVAC expertise, a full UK driving license, and willingness to travel widely to maintain critical building systems and perform PPM and reactive maintenance.

The successful candidate will work within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions to ensure safe, efficient operation of mechanical and electrical plant, while adhering to safety procedures and contract

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic Mathematics skills required.
• CITY AND GUILDS qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across the Northwest England (Liverpool to Manchester).
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to mechanical and electrical plant.
• Complete reactive tasks promptly and highlight areas for improvement.
• Ensure plant faults are remedied to keep equipment in serviceable order.
• Maintain accurate documentation, spare parts lists and timescales for remedial works.
