Job summary

CBRE Midlands is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical or HVAC) to support sites in Hinckley, Rugby and Coventry. You will maintain mechanical and electrical plant, perform PPMs to SFG 20, and handle reactive works across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will hold a CITY AND GUILDS qualification, a full UK driving license and experience with building services systems, BMS and UPS/Generators. A proactive, safety-conscious team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical systems in commercial facilities.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to Midlands sites.
• Good written and spoken English; basic maths skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across Midlands locations; perform PPMs to SFG 20.
• Complete reactive and breakdown tasks to keep plant in serviceable order.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and maintain accurate maintenance records.
