Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mobile HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to cover sites in Manchester, Leeds, Wakefield and Newcastle. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have an apprenticeship and strong HVAC maintenance experience, with the ability to fault find, supervise contractors and follow safety standards. This role may involve on-call work and overtime.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or time served in mechanical/electrical trades.
• City & Guilds mechanical qualification is desirable.
• Strong proven experience in HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks to the client through site equipment and spares.
• Maintain environment conditions via BMS and efficient plant operation.
• Fault find on HVAC plant with emphasis on VRV systems; handle refrigerants safely.
• Support health and safety on site and oversee sub-contractors.
