Job summary

CBRE Mobile Engineer role is based across the Midlands, including Coventry, Hinckley and Rugby. You will service and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, perform PPMs to SFG 20 standards, handle reactive tasks, and coordinate with site teams and clients.

A UK driving licence is essential for site travel. The position requires a proactive engineer with good communication skills, safety awareness and ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic Mathematics skills.
• City and Guilds qualification in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites across the Midlands and cover multiple locations.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to mechanical and electrical plant (SFG 20).
• Complete reactive/breakdown tasks and suggest improvements.
• Ensure plant faults are remedied to keep systems in service.
• Provide parts lists and estimates for remedial works.
• Maintain paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown tasks and submit to administrator.
• Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for tasks.
