Newbury Building Society is seeking a Mobile Customer Service Adviser on a 12-month FTC (maternity cover) based primarily at the Thatcham branch, with regular travel to other branches in the Newbury area. The role involves welcoming, supporting and advising customers on savings accounts, performing cashiering duties and related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with customers to provide high quality service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full driving license.
• Desirable: knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365).

Responsibilities

• Welcome, support and advise customers on savings accounts using various channels.
• Handle cashiering duties and related admin tasks.
• Travel to assist colleagues in other branches such as Hungerford and Newbury.
