Newbury Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join our branch team in Newbury on a 12 months FTC (Maternity cover). You will welcome, support and advise customers on their savings accounts, via multiple channels, and handle cashiering and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
• Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desirable: Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Office365.
