Job summary

Newbury Building Society is seeking a Mobile Customer Service Adviser on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover). Based primarily in Thatcham, the role will involve travel to Hungerford and Newbury to support colleagues and assist customers with savings accounts.

You will handle cashiering, admin tasks and other customer service duties while delivering high quality service. The role requires a full UK driving licence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence with daily access to a vehicle.
• Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, support and advise customers on their savings accounts.
• Based primarily in Thatcham and travel to Hungerford/Newbury branches as needed.
• Cashiering and actioning admin tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Contribute to a range of customer service activities across branches.
