Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Hourly Rate of Pay: £14.15
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 20
Location: Network Rail, Enterprise House, 167-169 Westbourne Terrace, Paddington, London, Greater London, England, W2 6JX

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team, recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
• Be responsible for quality, health, safety and environment requirements of the areas covered, ensuring the facility is maintained to the high standards of Mitie.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials; order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to the line manager where appropriate.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience and experience working with cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals.
• Full training on COSHH will be carried out.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, understand organisational goals and objectives, and demonstrate forward thinking and a positive can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule on own initiative.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills and an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; competency using IT equipment.
