Job summary

South West Norse is recruiting a Mobile Catering Assistant to join on-site kitchen teams across the Tiverton/Exeter area, with pay of £13.31 per hour. This casual position requires own vehicle and a Full UK Driving Licence with business use insurance.

You will assist with preparation, cooking, presentation and service of nutritious food and beverages while following food hygiene and safety procedures. Training is provided to enthusiastic individuals.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience or willing to be trained in your new role.
• Friendly and polite customer service.
• Capable of working to deadlines in a busy environment.
• Working within a team.

Responsibilities

• Join multiple on-site kitchen teams, supporting all aspects of the catering service including preparation, cooking, presentation and service of nutritious food and beverages to students and staff.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety and QA procedures.
• Gain exposure to all aspects of the catering environment with opportunities to learn and develop within the industry.
