Job summary

Norse Catering is seeking a Mobile Catering Assistant to cover Norwich and surrounding areas. The role is part-time and permanent, 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, term-time only. A driving licence and vehicle are required to access schools across the region.

You’ll help with lunch prep and service, uphold high hygiene standards, and support a welcoming, engaging dining experience for young people and staff. Training and DBS checks are provided and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience is preferred.
• Induction and training programmes provided.
• Driving licence and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and serving of lunches for students and staff.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in service areas.
• Set up service areas and tidy away after service.
• Work across Norwich during term time, Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00.
